Week 2 - Nutrition for Hormones, Energy and Weight in Menopause.
Friday 13th March, 9.30-12.30 - £35
An interactive talk focusing on why nourishment matters more than restriction.
Refreshments & menopause friendly snacks.
1 hour Stott Pilates working on spinal alignment and core stability with Caroline Philips.
Week 3 - Muscle, Bone and Supporting your Metabolism in Menopause.
Friday 20th March, 9.30-12.30 - £35
An interactive talk showing you why strength becomes the foundation of health.
Refreshments and menopause friendly snacks.
1 hour Breathwork and Hypopressives for deep core and pelvic floor health, with Ella Moretti-Chambers.
Week 4 - Sleep, Stress, Mood & Long-Term Health.
Friday 27th March, 9.30-12.30 - £35
An interactive talk looking at the nervous system side of menopause.
Refreshments and menopause friendly snacks.
1 hours calming Yin Yoga to release muscular tension, with Kim Blair.
Block book all four weeks at a discounted price of £120 (£30 each).
