Nutritional Therapy

I offer one-to-one consultations via Zoom, where we can start to investigate your diet, lifestyle and health history. I can then recommend home, GP or private tests to help discover any imbalances in the body. From there, I use evidence-based research to suggest a personalised plan using food first, then supplements, as well as lifestyle practices that can help get you back on track.

Functional Medicine

In my consultations, I use the Functional Medicine Protocol, which looks at the body as a whole rather than a collection of individual symptoms. I endeavour to find and address the root causes of any imbalances in the body that may be causing disease or disorder.  I work alongside your GP and can recommend other professional support should you require it.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching is a way of supporting you on your health and wellness journey. It takes time to adjust the habits we get into, but this is a way of helping you understand what motivates and inspires you to make those changes. It allows you to focus on what you want to achieve, and makes you accountable on your personal journey.
